Shipping and Returns
We understand that once you have placed your order, you want it to be at your door as soon as possible. Thatâ€™s why we have developed relationships with some of the biggest delivery companies in the game; Royal Mail, UPS, Fed-Ex and TNT to ensure that you get your items as quickly and efficiently as possible.
We have developed three shipping options to offer you the blend of efficiency and value that you are looking for.
When purchasing your items, we offer three simple postage options; Standard, Express and Next Day.
Standard: Standard Delivery is our economy option. This delivery option is always free for mainland UK customers! Delivery is estimated at approximately 5 business days after dispatch.
Express: Express delivery speeds up the whole process! Delivery is estimated at 2 business days after dispatch.
Next Day: For those of you who just canâ€™t wait, our next day shipping option offers exactly that. Delivery takes place on the next business day after dispatch.
When we receive your order, your goods will be shipped with the most suitable carrier depending on the shipping option that you have selected.
For our International customers, we offer two simple shipping choices:
International Standard: This is our basic International service. Delivery is estimated at approximately 5-15 business days after dispatch, dependant on location.
International Priority: International Priority is a quicker service. It is always by airmail provided the service is available and we aim to have your items delivered in 1-5 business days after dispatch.
We know that once you have placed your order, you donâ€™t want to have to wait for your item to arrive. To minimise the wait, we aim to dispatch the vast majority of orders within 1 business day and endeavour not to take any longer than 2 business days to get your order on the way. Please be aware that some items have particular packaging and shipping requirements and so may take longer to process than others. If you have opened an account with us, you can check your order process by logging into your account. Some of our couriers offer full online tracking, so you may receive an additional e-mail from our courier when your order has been dispatched, giving you full shipping details and access to your tracking page.
Expanded Area Charge:
Regrettably, some locations within the UK may attract an additional delivery surcharge. This is mainly confined to Northern Ireland, Highlands and Outlying Islands. For the vast majority of orders, there will be no surcharge. However, regrettably, there may be an additional charge for some of our larger items. Unfortunately due to the wide variety of items we sell and the many different delivery locations you may request, it is not possible to advise you of a surcharge until we know the exact items you wish to purchase and the delivery Post Code. If you are concerned that your order may attract a surcharge, please feel free to get in touch and we will gladly advise you of any additional charges that may be incurred. Alternatively, feel free to place your order, and should any charges be applicable to your order, we will promptly get in touch and you will be given the choice to either pay any excess or indeed cancel your order for a full refund. We are endeavouring to do everything we can to minimise expanded area surcharges including utilising the services of a wide range of couriers to minimise costs.
Incorrect Address Charge:
We cannot understate the importance of checking your delivery address. Whilst we do everything we can to filter incorrect addresses, it is ultimately your responsibility to provide us with the correct address. Please check your delivery details thoroughly to ensure you have provided us with your full and complete address. If you have provided us with an incorrect address, additional charges may be incurred:
If an item is returned to us by Royal Mail because your item was undeliverable due to incorrect addressing, you may be charged a redelivery fee.
Some of our couriers offer the ability to change the delivery address on route. This is however also at additional charge.
We are regrettably unable to accept any liability for the loss of any parcels where you have provided an incorrect or incomplete address.
Please be aware that all shipping estimates are provided as a guide and are not guaranteed.
Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
We want you to be satisfied with every purchase that you make. But should you be unhappy with your items, you may return them within 14 days of receiving them for a refund. The purchaser is responsible for the safe return of the goods.
Whilst the goods are in your care, you have a duty to take good care of the items. This includes the items packaging. You must be sure to return the undamaged items and packaging as well as any fitting equipment that may have been included.
Where you have failed to take good care of the items, we reserve the right to reject any item which is damaged, scratched or not returned in its protective packaging.
Items should be packaged and at least as well protected as they were sent originally.
Items inadequately packaged or wrapped may be rejected or a charge may be made to repair.
